The organic garden of Ecolodge<\/h2>\n

The plot is mainly wild vegetated and you will find lots of very old native oak trees but there are also some planted trees. For the vegetable garden we will try to find and use local seeds and cultivate trees and vegetables that suit this dry and salty environment, we will also use permaculture methods in growing our plants; we will start experimenting also with transplanting wild local herbs like thyme, wild oregano, wild lavender, wild sage, wild artichoke and caper. Our goal is to have a variety of organically grown fruits and vegetables all year round that guests can enjoy picking and planting.
