Interested to join ,as well as my wife or son .As we have a house in Tinos we do not need accommodation. I will be abroad between the 26 and 28 of sept(maybe half day on the 29 as well).Is that OK?

Hello!
For 2 years PDC courses were cancelled because of Covid. Now I found your course.
I have been practicing permaculture here in Greece and in Holland. We live in Greece since ‘ 15…on Pilion.
We have been rebuilding an old house, and I really want to learn more about cob use and more.
And I look forward to share my knowledge later with others.
Are there places available ?

I was a Permaculture Design Course participant in May-June 2022 at Tinos Eco Lodge and I cannot recommend it enough! I was lucky to be able to take the immersive course as a professional development opportunity through my employer. The PDC was a holistic experience where we learned about permaculture design and sustainable systems from multiple practitioners and other course participants. Learning with others on site for two weeks allowed us to learn from and work alongside our instructors, hosts and one another in an informal setting in addition to the permaculture course curriculum which was dense and informative. The food was great, the site support tasks were fun (harvesting lettuce and lavender, for example) and we were able to form a nice community quickly. Marilia and Nicos, who started Tinos Eco Lodge, showed us the on-site systems they use following permaculture design/environmental conservation principles, so we were able to see the concepts applied and have a real-life understanding of large-scale composting systems, water management, composting toilets, solar panel powered electricity, and more. We also did special local site visits as a group in Tinos. The ecolodge overlooks the sea and is walking distance from a beautiful beach. It was a really incredible and unforgettable experience, very educational in a beautiful and serene landscape with great people.

Participant at the May PDC. I can highly recommand this course. Wonderfull place, hosts, teachers and food. Spacious, creative and diverse teaching, content and socializing.

Venue and food – 10/10 – would recommend. Heathy delicious food thanks to Nikiphoros. Ecolodges were wonderful
Teaching – Room for creativity. Very diverse ways of offering knowledge, much attention for feelings/state of mind and group cohesion. Passionate and inspiring teachers.
Course content is diverse, interesting and inspiring

Please can you tell me what the accommodation indoors is? Also how do people normally get to this island? Where do they fly too and how do they get from the airport to the course itself, thanks Catherine
