What an amazing place… lovely interior, extraordinary exterior space, beautiful view and great host! Thank you Marilia and Nicolas for your hospitality… We’d love to visit again!

Marilia has been the perfect host! The Ecolodge was really fantastic, in an amazing spot of Tinos, where we could relax and enjoy the beauties of the property and its sourroundings. We often had dinner with the vegetables of Marilia’s vegetal garden, relaxed on the hammocks under the trees and on the terrace with its breathtaking view on the hills and sea and on Mikonos. The house is practical , confortable and elegant and with great privacy.. Silence, calm and beauty ! Moreover she gave us all informations we needed on the best beaches, places to see, restaurants and on events going on the Island!. We had just a great vacation and found exactly what we were looking for our holiday. I warmely recomend it !

Everything about our stay was fantastic. The first is the location of the place. It’s off the beaten path and nestled in and unspoiled valley that overlooks the city with the most magnificent view. The construction of the place is tastefully done with stone and wood creating a natural feeling that blends into the environment. The space is a dream for anyone who has a connection to nature and sustainability including solar energy and an organic garden. We enjoyed various salads, vegetables, and delicious mulberries. The beach is about two kilometers away – – while it is walkable, it’s advisable to take a car. There were very few people on the beach whenever we went and we had it all to ourselves a number of times. Marilia was a fantastic host. She assisted us whenever we needed and gave us valuable tips so we could fully enjoy our stay. She even invited us to a local get together with food, singing, dancing, which was a highlight of our stay. Although the place does not have its own Internet access, we were able to get a Sim chip on the island which enabled us to have excellent access from any part of the house and property, as well as the beaches and the entire island. We were very inspired by Marilia’s vision of creating a place to impart knowledge about perma culture and sustainability. It added a very special dimension to our stay. I would highly recommend this gem of a place if you’re looking for being in a quiet paradise in unspoiled beauty away from the hustle and bustle of superficial, touristy places. It was really something of an adventure – – will surely be back!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Eco Lodge! The accommodation and the location were great, and as described in the listing. It’s an ideal option for those who wish to get away from it all for a while and enjoy nature and quiet. Marilia and Nikos are great hosts, very helpful and accommodating. We loved that we spent Easter Sunday with their friends and family, who all made feel more than welcome.

Fantastic accommodation. Marilia is a perfect host. The house offers a magnificent panorama of the Aegean Sea. You can spot the sunrise from your bed. Fantastic veg and herbs from the attached garden. And just in case you get bored – you can play with the cats.
