Orionas Yoga Shala retreat 15-18 June
Orionas Yoga shala school invites you to take part in this 3 day retreat with Yoga and Thai massage at Tinos Ecolodge. We will spend three days in nature, near the springs of Akeratos, on our newly constructed deck inside the oak forest, swim at the clear blue waters of Santa Margarita and eat delicious vegeterian meals from the tinian cuisine. Alexandros, Vasiliki and Hrysa will guide us through daily sessions of hatha yoga and Ashtanga vinyasa flow as well as a Thai massage session on the last day of our stay.
Alexandros Petridis: Father of Orionas, with experience in yoga teaching for over 12 years. Alexandros has been taught yoga in India in his many visits with great teachers at Nashik and Mysore. He has gained 5 Yoga teacher certifications, with 1100 hours in Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. He has followed seminars also in Yoga Therapy & Anatomy. Since 2006 he is driven into Thai Massage and Ayuverdic massage where he has acquired diploma of practice and teaching in 2007 and has been organising seminars since then.
Vasiliki: Grown up in Livadia Voiotia, her first passion was classic ballet. Studied Economics and at the same time she followed seminars in acting, dancing and singing at the drama school of Modern Times. She has practiced body theater and selftherapy through body expression and has taken part in theatrical plays as an actor. Yoga entered her life in 2011. She traveled in India Mysore to study Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga where she got her certification as an instructor RYT 200hrs. Since then she has been teaching Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga & Hatha flow Yoga.
210 euro/room, 180 euro/tent. The price includes 3 vegetarian meals.
